We will gladly exchange the shoes in accordance with the terms and condition
of exchanging products below.
If the fit is not right or there is a fault in the products, we’ll gladly
exchange your purchase for another size or design to the same value.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be satisfied:
1. The goods must be returned in their original condition
2. The goods must be unworn
3. The goods must be in the original packaging
4. The goods must be returned within 7 days of invoice date
Simply return the unworn items in the original packaging via courier or
post, to our address: PO Box 280 Matraville NSW 2036
Return postage will be borne by the Customer.

We cannot guarantee the availability of all items. If, for any reason, we
cannot supply a product or if a product is sold out, we will contact you via
email or phone, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. A
refund will be provided if the alternatives do not suit.
